The PerkinElmer Nexion 2000B Inductively-Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS) allows for elemental and isotopic analysis of 80+ elements, many at parts-per-trillion levels, in just minutes. Auto-sampler included for high-throughput analysis and All Matrix Solution (AMS) system allows for no manual dilution of high total-dissolved-solid samples. Data acquisition of 100,000 points-per-second allows for accurate single-particle analysis (SP-ICP-MS) for nanoparticle characterization. System is equipped with helium for kinetic energy dispersion (KED) mode and ammonia for direct reaction cell (DRC) mode for improved removal of spectral interferences.
