Flat-bed slot-die coater for up to 300mm x 300mm samples. Automated, coordinated pump and table speed controls, including software with coating recipes and wet film calculation. Table temperature can be adjusted up to 150C, and vertical and horizontal positions are adjusted by micro-precision screws. Ideal for fine-tuning coating process for nanometric films. Uses a die setup that is identical to the one installed in the Solar X-3 R2R printer.
